.pdf?

Now for another question.

Would it be useful for ya'll for me to build a .pdf file of everything all rolled up? This .pdf would of course be updated (not very regularly but often enough).

I am already considering condensing everything built thus far into a single MS Word file and formating it to reduce page spacings ( making the powers and weaknesses 2 columns, reducing the box sizes in the life path area.) for myself. I will need to build a Table of Contents but that would be easy. Turning that into a .pdf is simple.

EDIT- Done...now with spell checking and grammar fixes. I only wish my formatting had been kept. Ach well, can't have everything.

    Hail!

    Well for myself I would rather see this game in a nice set of logical parts. Perhaps in a basic html layout.

    There is a whole lot of text here already and more to come. Double cols in a pdf is for when things are perfected. To work on it if you could stick to nice and big with whitespace it would be easier.

    I keep looking for a nice chunk of time where I can sit down and start going through your powers list. Just commenting along the way. It is such a daunting task already and growing.

    I'll work on it, mu html is not that great and I'm too cheap to pay for web space at the moment. Sooner or later it may end up as something like the d20srd.org but for now this works well enough.

    There is a ton of stuff still left to do.

    I have a small paid site that I have let go idle. Costs $8 a month for both the Domain Name and plenty of space. Plain HTML is like Forum BBcode and that I can do manually. Otherwise I am not particulary handy with web page design.

    This place is a bad for now really.

    This is bad for the game? This is a blog? I am missing your idea behind that statement.

    "This place is not bad for now really" is what I meant to say.

    For this stage of the project this simple Blog is fine. At some point depending on what you goals are for the game, you will need a better presentation. Or perhaps just a bigger place to promote whatever you are working towards.

    The presentation of a Project determines to a large extent how people react. A Web Site with not only a beautiful Set of Rules but also support docs is quite helpful when it is time to have it.

    If this Game System is intended to be simply shared with people in hopes they will use it then you will need a focus point. Keep working as you have been and people with the right skills will show up to help. If it looks like this could reach a large audience then you might even need your own Forum.

    If you really want to try and sell the game then that might change how you proceed once it is really done.
