This is a personal project to create a system that works for playing Superheroes.
I don't like d20, and Storyteller is too inexact for me too. I want something in between.
One thing I noted and brought up on GitP. I was working on my second character when I noticed the damage on the heavy slug thrower is 2d10 (damage 2-20 average 11 points) and the Med slug thrower is doing 1d10+5 (damage 6-15 average 10.5) personally I think that the Heavy slug thrower should do more average damage especially when combined with the fact that you take a -1 to hit while use it. Also there currently is no rules for ammo despite the fact there is a place to keep track of it on the character sheet.
I'm not going to get to far into specialy ammo and that stuff just yet. I need to crank out another 150 power and the rest of the rules before I get to indepth over the gear.
