Done! Well sort of. The basics are there but I need some help filling them out. For you superhero geeks out there fill me in on where Silver Surfer sits on the Brawn chart or whatever.
I also need something for Intelligence over 10 to give a bonus to, I'm thinking science, engineering, lore and academics checks.

There are a number of different sources of comparions for Heros and villians. The Marvel and DC RPGs of course have a bunch of people defined. Not sure how much of that would be available on the web but might be worth a look.
As far as the comics themselves go, about the only thing really rated is strength. Every other attribute is very undefined. I have a set of books which are collections of an information series called 'The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe.' It contains most of the Heros and many of the villians of the most recient years.
Strength is pretty much the main stat you can get. Everyone is described but hard numbers are left open.
